Morpho provides a suite of online PDF tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, and editing PDF documents.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
• You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Morpho and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. User Content & File Processing

We do not claim ownership of your documents. When you upload files to Morpho, you retain all your intellectual property rights.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service may rely on trusted third-party providers to function, including services for authentication, payment processing, and temporary file storage.

Links to Third-Party Websites: Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Morpho.

8. Payment & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).

Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your account settings page or by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MORPHO, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
